Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

1 Peter 4:10 NIV

Welcome to this 35th Tuesday Breakfast Note. Today I would like to introduce you to my daughter, and my first guest author, Ellie. She is 10 years old and the firstborn of the triplets. Ellie has always been a writer. I have an entire notebook filled with stories from 3 and 4 year old Ellie. They're all beautifully written in “cursive.” What I really mean is that I have pages and pages filled with lines of loops, and I love them dearly. It's something pretty special to see our kids start growing into their own gifts, and I'm honored to share Ellie's gift of writing with you here.

For today’s writing, Ellie is letting me share a poem she wrote at school in her 5th grade language arts class. The artwork is one of the 2 drawings she made to accompany her poem. Please enjoy:

-SISTERS-

Sisters are special. Sisters are kind. Sisters are everything, Especially mine!

Amera is giggly, Leni is fun, Sylvia is sweet, All the time!

So those are my sisters, Through and through! I love them so much! YES I DO!
