All about Faith & Fields

Kirby & Stephen have been married since 2009.  The triplets joined the team in 2013, and Sylvia in 2016.

As the triplets grew into toddlerhood, Kirby found herself looking for an affordable and consistent way to remind her girls just how much they were loved.  She looked back into the memories of the post-it notes in her camp suitcase from her mom, and the hand painted birthday cards from her grandma. From these memories, she began writing or sketching weekly breakfast notes for those little ladies of hers. The notes became a regular feature in the Rader household on Tuesday mornings. From this, the Connection Kit was born.
